6 hours is a long course but it went quickly. I enjoyed the content which was mainly refreshers with a few gems in there and i thought the zoom worked well. I enjoyed listening to my colleagues as a learning method. Good mix of tell /discuss Book recommendations welcome. Even better if considerations to welbeing especially in the efficiency section Communications - would be enhanced with some thoughts on using zoom for communication as we are all doing that and perhaps learning styles

Thoroughly enjoyed the course, it was brilliant to learn some really practical tips we can go away and try and practice. Commitment planners are a great idea, really looking forward to working on these with my pace pod group.

Excellent course, just enough theory and colleague participation - some great ideas and tools to start reviewing what i do immediately. The PACE idea and being held accountable with other colleagues is great this will ensure everyone will adopt the new way of thinking, and approaching different issues. Excited to review my existing to do list to identify those things that can be delegated and to start 'protecting my diary' thank you

Top class course and presenters, with very relevant subjects. It's good to be able to identify things that you are already doing subconsciously and then get a conscious understanding of them. Particularly enjoyed the PROBED session as it gives great structure around the questions, so now need to practice that. Thanks.

Quality time (and helped me meet some new people)

Great session and also a great facilitator to sharing views and perspectives on ways to see the alternatives in which we can manage, not just a set way, more a use of the balance around Leadership and Management. Supportive statements and techniques shared and already have the 'How to Manage' book on order from Amazon!

Brilliant and insightful as always from the Abstract guys. What I always find impressive is their ability to provide a common sense approach with examples we can use in our day to day careers. Also the commitment planner and pace group is a great yeah simple way to ensure we are applying these techniques and call out where members of our ELF group are perhaps not.
