Brilliant course, Selina was a great teacher and delivered the course in a clear and useful manner.
The trainer was great. Well paced and the content was really useful and answered the needs of the attendees, including myself.
The course was excellent particularly as it was held online. The trainer used lots of different communication methods to get involvement and keep people engaged. I personally found it difficult to attend an all day training session online due to some delegates having camera's off and not being sure if they were there or not. I got screen fatigue and found it difficult to engage with the task as well as with the delegates and trainer during break out sessions. That said, I think that the course was delivered superbly as an online course and I can't identify any way this could be improved when using an online platform.
Relaxed and informal approach worked really well . Project Management can be perceived as stuffy and boring with endless gant chants, the tutor took it back to its basic level "its not rocket science ".
