The session has been very thought provoking. it was a great balance between theory and practice.
I really got alot out of today's session, it has changed how I view my own challenges, that of my teams and the approach to solutions. I also really enjoyed the simple example of the scale of annoyed - and how everyone had a different interpretation.

I came to today with very limited understanding of what coaching is and certainly feel I now have a better understanding and some practical tools I can start to use. I felt the facilitator pushed and tested our understanding with his questions, which considering the session was online flowed well, encouraging everyone to participate.
I loved the course delivery and the content. The time for personal reflection and opportunities to 'practice', 'learn' and 'reflect' really supported my coaching journey and I feel really grateful, thank you
I enjoyed the one to one break outs more than I thought I would. Having done similar courses in my early days in this role I found people and group speaking very intimidating. Now I embrace the views and experiences of others.
