I enjoyed the exercises between the classes.

It's a good training with a good plan. Everything is clear and clearly explained. Thanks for the break scedule it was not difficult to perceive the information.

The trainer was engaging and delivered the course content exceptionally well. However, some aspects of the training requires physical participation.

Some explanations were a bit long but It covered all the content!

I enjoyed the first aid part of the course. But I did not enjoy the computer side of it all as there were interruptions in feed back and the sound was not of the best quality. Making it difficult to fully participate..

The seminal is very good

I'd already recently done the Moving and Handling part of the course but I found Day 1 and the parts on First Aid, Choking and DNAR very useful. Patrizia is a fantastic trainer, very engaged and enthusiastic and really knowledgeable about the subject. She made the course a pleasure.
