Both training days were good, pat was really engaging and friendly throughout. I enjoyed it

very useful information, know more further about care and how as a carer Trainer is very patient, explain in details and good scenes of humours

Pat was wonderful, an excellent communicator, and provided highly informative training sessions. She excels at highlighting the personal side of caring, reminding us that this is more than just a job—it’s about the well-being of real people.

I was able to have a vast and concise knowledge about the course on access to care. Understanding the first Aid treatment that should be giving to service users or a person having an attack mentioned the do's and don't of the treament giving.
