Interesting course that aids understanding of the breadth of mental health issues and the stigma attached to them.

Really insightful & gave a lot of clarification on mental health awareness topics, areas & terms. I would perhaps offer a warning at the start of issues being covered incase someone in group has experienced & could be triggered by the conversation.

Very informative and well structured, leading to a greater understanding and awareness of mental health.

Really learnt a lot and inspired to learn more about these topics. Will certainly help improving relationships and well being at work. Thank you
