I left this course feeling very positive. Polly was a great trainer and made everyone feel comfortable to be open and share experiences. I hadn't expected the first section to be about healthy eating, hydration and exercise. I don't feel that was how the course was promoted to us at NES. The most useful section was about resilience and I felt it was delivered really well. Overall I would recommend this course to anyone wanting to gain an understanding on how to take care/improve their own mental health or to help others do so.

Bianca provided us with lots of information/skills/advice surrounding Mental Health Awareness topic which will be very useful both inside and outside of work. She is friendly and approachable and made me feel relaxed during the training

Very informative and thought provoking - reminded me of the type I came across a young girl looking to jump of a bridge and had to keep her talking until help arrived, very stressful and worrying situation.

Marc spoke clearly and presented the information well. Asked the team questions to engage thought and split us into groups to encourage discussion and sharing of ideas. There was a miscommunication around the course length - so some of the team had to drop out early but Marc tried to get as much info into the course before those folks had to leave. Then spent time with those who didn't leave to cover the rest of the course.
