Without prior warning no cuppa to start. No food at 11 break again without warning. People took long journeys to get to a place snarled up with traffic and need offer of refreshments before 12.30 in the day. Round tables not suitable as some sitting with back to presenter or colleagues.

Very relevant. Trainer tested opinions and challenged participants to get involved and dig deeper into topics
