overall, useful as a general guidance / approach

Dr Kiran Nijabat was excellent, truly exceptional with a huge knowledge of her subject which she shared with us most generously and it felt a privilege to be there. She has a most engaging style & I was riveted for the two hours. I was hugely impressed and have gained first rate new knowledge and wonderful tips which will definitely help me in my relationship with my teenage daughter. Thank you for a truly marvellous workshop for which I am most grateful.
