Really practical training with useful hints and tips. It would be useful to add an afternoon session to support clearing e-mails.

At least one of the questions asked were answered that it wasn't possible (to print all the documents in an e mail as part of a group rather than individually) when it is (it's in the print settings and have to open the e mail and go to file and print (then tick the box saying print all attachments in settings). Maybe if unsure of the answer ask people in the room or make a note and get back to people via e mail? Other than that I thought the session was really good and picked up a number of new tips.
