Euromoney customer service needs to improve. Euromoney contact numbers were off during the first and second days of the course. Emails were not answered during those days.
Response : Dear Vania. Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you were unable to get hold of us on the first day of the course. Although it was the Queen's funeral, we should have made it easier for you to be able to contact us. I am not sure why you were unable contact us on the second day, however. Were you able to get the answers that you needed? Please do contact us at learning@euromoney.com if there us anything else that you need.
