Very good and demanding class with a lot of take aways and more confidence in reading a loan agreement draft. Could be worth attending more than once.

I'm very pleased that I attended this course. Now I know not to begin reading with the Definitions! I know the difference between Default and Event of Default. And Negative Pledge is just a promise.

Days were a bit too long. Shorter days annd in three days might work better with me.
