Everything was explained thoroughly, and the trainer was more than happy to ask any questions. The level was just right for me - despite having not attended the Essentials course, the trainer made sure I understood all the exercises we were doing.

The laptop I was using at the start started installing updates just before lunch. There was a spare but this didn't have the morning's work uploaded. I had to watch rather than do for some of the session. Not a huge problem but annoying.

I learned what I knew along with better ways on how to use quicker ways and also new ways to use functions and formulas. A very good course and how great excel can be to pull information.

Truly excellent. This course should be essential training for all as part of the mandatory offering. Had I gone through this course when i joined the NHS i would have saved light years ......
