Day 1 was a bit ‘slow’ in terms of progress and I would like to have progressed faster to better time for reflection and practise. Apart from that, a great course which was thought provoking.

Very inspirational! I thought that it maybe was too much practice. But perhaps it is not optimal too have more theory?
