Presenting is something I always get really nervous for even though I come across as quite a confident person - I’ve learnt the fear is in my head and the use of the format and A-F I feel going forward presentations/ public speaking isn’t something I’m scared of, it’s actually quite exciting - Lou you are amazing thank you so much !!!!
