Very useful tools and methods learned Tutor style was friendly, relaxed and helpful.

I think for me working off just a lap top from home I found it difficult to follow, understand and input all at once. Ideally you needed two or three screens and I guess for me attending a course like this in a room setting face to face with the lecturer would have been better.

Daphne was very patient and we spent the last few hours trying to figure out how to use our internal schedule.
