Today’s session was brilliant and engaging. The conversation flowed within the session and we really took time to get under the bonnet of multiple scenarios. Really fun sessions complemented with the range in personalities within the group

Whilst overall very positive, for some reason it seemed that the session before lunch on negotiation and objection handling didn't land as well as it might... the watch negotiation required a little more prep time and chance was missed to really engage everyone... soz x
