I was a bit slow as need to digest the course more before one can relate to the exercises. but averall a big 5*

Really surprised by how much I enjoyed the course - Rudy made it fun and interesting and the pace was just right. I feel so much more confident now, and amazed at what I was able to do by the end of the day! I would definitely recommend.

Overall a brilliant learning experience. Food was great! (Vegan option).
