The trainer was great at making challenging topics easy to understand and the pace was right, although a bit more time to do some thinking would be appreciated.

Really enjoyed the course. Learned a lot more than I expected. Pleased the way our group was split up so that those of us with less experience went at our own pace.
The venue is very bright with positive messaging everywhere. The atmosphere was very strange at first but I got used to it quickly. It was very uplifting and it's more about the civil service being very different and more negative in general why I felt daunted by the experience initially. I found it overall a very enjoyable experience which I would recommend again. Thank you!
Thought the course was really good and informative. I feel much more confdent in my abilities to use excel, and thought the trainer kept a great pace. I thought the trainer was very good at checking our understanding and talking through the different points. I would certainly recommend the course to others. Unfortunately the course was too advanced for a couple of people which may have slowed us down in the first session of the morning, howveer I think this was handled very well by the trainer, with one person joining the level one course and another choosing to come back another day. Perhaps it would be useful to offer an online test beforehand so particpants are able to assess tehir training needs before they start.
