Enjoyed it, felt like i have learned a lot

Really enjoyed it and learnt a lot about mental health & my company and what is available for me. Gives me the tools where to look and explore if I choose too myself. Enjoyed the group aspects, they made it more like a workshop than a presentation

Y-K P was great. She was really personable and made it very easy to relax and get involved in tasks and conversations that are usually quite daunting

Overall everything was just perfect, enjoyed the time and learned something new and different, KP made it very easier to understand and explained everything in detail also gave us all the answer of the questions, Team was great and some amazing people around.

YKP was brilliant . Sessions were engaging and interactive. Lot of examples and scenarios shared to prep us for furture conversations .

Fantastic session, really provided me with the confidence I needed especially given the current situation I find myself in. This would be a great session to book for our first assistant meetings as I feel they too would gain a lot of support from this session.
