I really enjoyed the training and thought Margaret was an excellent facilitator. She was very knowledgeable and put everyone at ease.

A very worthwile course. The trainer clearly had a wealth of knowledge and experience and she delivered the course in a very engaging way. It reaffirmed some of the practices and techniques I am already doing but also gave pointers on how to improve and reassurance on certain aspects. I could only attend the Wednesday session but I watched the recordings for Monday and Friday and this worked very well. It is food for thought for training in the future as perhaps virtual training sessions could work effectively if social distancing is to continue for some time.

It was a really good course, and I feel much happier with how to approach minute taking. I felt especially since it was a zoom training session, that it was structured well to ensure the course delivery took account for that fact.

The lunch was not good in the slightest. The soup was luke warm and tasteless. The sandwiches had been sitting out for a while as the bread was hard. There was not enough food for us all, still hungry after.Response : Hi Kerry - thank you very much for letting us know about the poor lunch at Malmaison, very disappointing for us and we are taking that up with the General Manager. On a more positive note, delighted to see you enjoyed the course itself and we have passed your feedback to Lynda. Thank you again for choosing Cosensa.

We were in suite 4A , the photocopier was being used and was a little distracting. Course tutor spoke to relevant person and it was sorted. Perhaps something to consider when holding courses in that training suite.
