Top bloke, engaging, teaches well, professional
Really useful training, great resources and a nice steady pace over two days. I didn’t feel rushed and felt i learnt more. The booklets to refer back to were great, knowledgeable information with great wording and visuals to help understand what was being taught. Sam was fabulous, a truly brilliant trainer, patient and polite with a great attitude to teaching. He made the course very enjoyable and felt i learnt a lot more from his enthusiasm and his great training styles for a tricky subject, very knowledgeable! And props to his efforts with making his scottish accent easy to understand!
Sam was enthusiastic, his knowledge was impeccable and sense of humour fab. This made for a very enjoyable course. The pressure was still on to pass but we all appreciated the easy to read guidance.
