I was energised coming into day 2 and it was an engaging session. The topics covered were relevant and the activities helped me to think about how I can implement the skills. I have some good actions to take away that I look forward to implementing.

Really enjoyed both sessions. I think that we were lucky to have the group we did - everyone is confident and knowledgeable so it made for engaging conversation and interesting shared learning. The content was interesting and varied and was delivered clearly.

Second day more directly applicable to sales. Day 1 skills helpful for business management. Would like to have covered direct sales skills in terms of techniques on phrasing, tone etc.
