We had a one hour session where Catherine did a short introduction to mindfulness, then two 15-minute guided meditations. I found the message of staying grateful, accepting your thoughts with kindness and always coming back to the present a wonderful way to center myself. I especially enjoyed the guided meditations and the power in re-framing any situations that arise in life.
