Very useful training. The first two days I thought the ration practice/listening could have been a bit higher with maybe some shorter exercises. I really enjoyed the stories the trainers told about their coaching practice. With this training it is as learning how to drive. You will only learn by doing it a lot and automizing the behaviour.

I still feel I’m missing practice. But on-the-job training is the best.

It was a good session filled with practical learning and implementation practices. It made me approach coaching in a completely different manner than before.

Great mix of practical and theory. I feel like we could keep going to hone the skills. I felt like Dan managed an international group extremely well.
