This course is very useful & interesting, more useful for waste section. But very good to know how to document all interactions with the public

would wish to learn more/improve knowledge from case study examples, giving evidence and cross examination I understand it is very difficult to strike a balance, with course duration and content been covered. Going forward I will be referring to course material provided to aid in my role
