As always, Judy delivered a well researched, practical, training session. She somehow managed to allow enough time for discussion and still get through complex legislation. Her understanding and experience of the NPWS and how it operates is what truly stands out.

We were given lots of opportunities to apply to our own area of work and to learn what the court system needs from us.

I really enjoyed this course. I was apprehensive going into it as I thought that the subject matter would be extremely boring. However, the way the material was presented and delivered made it really interesting. It has piqued my interest in prosecutions stemming from environmental legislation. Armed with Google search, I will be going down the rabbit hole looking at old cases.
