The course was very informative with lots of information that i will be able to use should i come across a child who's parent has taken their life by suicide.

Amazing training! I learned a lot and have lots more bits I would like to research because of it, thank you.

Having dealt first hand with suicide from a personal point of view, I was emotional coming into the training and wasn't sure how I'd cope. Hearing the trainers own experiences and the foundations of the organisation, was reassuring and inspiring. It also provided me with useful links and resources should I need to call upon them during my line of work.

Great training, offered a really good range of resources and approaches for supporting young children bereaved by suicide and giving staff working with them a good understanding of the issues that might arise for these children and their families.

The training provides professionals with the basic understanding they require to understand and support those bereaved and those supporting the bereaved. Very well delivered. I do think the chat rooms can be awkward for some at times however the case studies you provided made this easy, safe and comfortable. Thank you for sharing Once Upon a Smile details to attendees.

I found this to be a really beneficial training, having been through this both personally and professionally it was amazing to hear about all the information and resources available. I really appreciated the examples of things to say in response to children’s questions.
