Have practical take aways to drive high performance with my team

Breakout sessions sometimes difficult to think of a scenario on the spot - eg conflict-would’ve been good to think of beforehand -or use some case studies. The team discussions are good. Also would be good to share more of the slides -a personal note book at the start of all tge modules with some of the key slides and space to write notes would be a great keepsake and reminder for everyone. I have various pieces of paper dotted about.

As always I appreciate the development and encouragement the course provides. I find it also gets me reflecting on my current approach and what I could do to better that approach.

Thought the course content was delivered excellently! Paul was engaging and insightful - managing responses from all attendees and making natural links back to the content covered. The space was safe in the ability to make comments and ask questions! I felt a lot of the attendees experience the same challenges as me personally within the organisation which gave us specifics to discuss in the break out rooms!
