Good second day. I believe the first day had a lot of basic and less practical elements for the desk heads and this can be done in a one day comprehensive program Interaction with senior management was very good

The training is very interactive and I have some key takeaways in day 2: culture/ POPEE/ask myself to spend more time for developmental area for myself

Great insight today and some refreshing new models that I’ve not seen before. Would also be great to hear more from Mitch and Marjan.

Overall a good refresh, would help pi it there’s more insights into leadership, I think overall this course is more for enter level leaders
