Christine's personality relaxed me straight away as I was initially feeling quite nervous. She explained the topics thoroughly & the day flew by. Even though the topics were quite intense I felt at ease the whole time. Christine took the time to answer several of my questions which helped greatly. Overall an excellent training session that I feel confident enough putting into practice. Thank you
