John was brilliant! Kept us engaged, very interested and even had a laugh throughout. Enjoyed the full day, didn’t feel like a training day as we all enjoyed it. He was friendly, engaging and came with a strong awareness of what he was teaching and how it applies practically. He was also encouraging and open to questions.
