The course was very eye opening with a lot of detail and great practical content.

Overall, the course has been great. This time round, I found the course to be more informative and relevant to what we find on site. The course content, practical work, and equipment available has been improved massively from in the past. However, there are still gaps which can be filled with more relevant training.

Ian was great and the facility is well kitted out. Information was made easy to learn and practical scenario were varied so all types of rescues and equipment can simulated and used.

Ian Swan delivered the Working at Height Safety & Rescue course really well over the two days. He explained everything clearly, kept the training practical and easy to understand, and made sure everyone was confident with the safety procedures and rescue techniques before moving on. The course was engaging, well-structured, and relevant to real site situations. Ian’s knowledge and experience came across strongly, and he created a good learning environment where questions were welcomed. Overall, excellent trainer and a very useful course. Would highly recommend.
