I really enjoyed the course and found it very useful. The tutor explained things clearly and used real-life examples, videos and group discussions which helped me understand the topics better. I feel much more confident now about working in a school and supporting children and young people. The course was friendly, supportive and well organised.
I really enjoyed the course and found it very informative. I have learned a lot about the role of a Teaching Assistant and feel more prepared for working in a school. Charlotte has been an excellent teacher and made the sessions enjoyable and easy to understand.
I am very happy to done this course, I have build my confidence and develop skills to do more courses in future. I am happy to say about my tutor Charlotte Lamb, she is very supportive and explain everything in easy way. When I came here,I was nervous but now I am feeling confident just because of Charlotte.I am going to start another course in SEN special educational needs with Charlotte very soon, hopefully it will going for me.

I really enjoyed it and a found it Informative without being boring. Everyone can work at their own pace even though we all in the same class.
