Great session going through personas, conflict and management minds. As always lots to pack in to the session so could have done with more time on certain aspects but great content and appreciated time to chat through with everyone!

Fantastic course with incredibly useful content. Will make a huge difference to my career and the behaviours and habits I’ll utilise going forward. Anne and Clay have a great mix of styles and are really personable and engaging.

This course has been one of my absolute favourites. Anne is just incredible, so clear and changes tone when something is important to note. Clays pace became just right In this last session and really sunk in. A lot of useful models and frameworks. Sometimes information overload, but the key for me is to take away a number that resonate, and use these to make me a better manager. Thoroughly enjoyed the course
