Denis was well spoken, informative and friendly. He made the information clear and easy to understand to the point that it will be easy to implement the new information to my Trainings going forward
Simply great, easy to understand, and learned a lot.
As an online course this was good but delivery face to face will always help engagement which helps with subjects such as this. An excellent course well presented as usual by Denis who is a favourite of ours as he makes the subject relatable to our work environment.
