To be able to spend such an amount of time considering how to develop into an effective coach, exploring models and discussing in depth so many aspects of coaching has felt a real privilege. Laura has been professional, approachable and encouraging throughout. She has a natural way of putting you at ease and encouraging you to discuss in depth. She has a depth of knowledge that she draws on and links to your own organisation and situation. The opportunity to be coached as part of the training has also been invaluable. I can't wait to get going. Thank you Laura.

The training course provided by Darren was excellent. I was able to explore key concepts in depth through questions & discussions- Darren made me feel at ease and able to ask anything that I needed to. The course materials were clear, easy to follow & supported with knowledgeable discussion by Darren, and having access to LearnWorld will support me in my future development. Having the opportunity to practice coaching in real time with Darren gave me real confidence- he was supportive, encouraging and very honest which has helped with my learning. Darren was a calm, confident teacher with clear passion and knowledge about coaching. Huge thanks to Darren for the course and the whole team for the support.

There was adequate time given to asking questions and this made room for interesting conversations. Being introduced to other coaching tools means that I don't only have to rely on the GROW Model for my own coaching. The live practice coaching sessions within the training were also good and gave me some self assurance to try out the STAR Model for coaching sessions. I enjoyed the training and knew that I was given more than enough to go and be an excellent coach. Pure brilliance!
