Description
Our half day workshops provide a deeper understanding of how our brain works and why it responds the way it does to every day events. This understanding forms the foundations that allow us to understand what we can do to change our responses. We will teach you simple techniques to reduce negative thinking and stress and build resilience and wellbeing so you can be more focused, creative, productive and happy, both in the workplace and at home.
All attendees receive a manual and workbook, as well as a certificate of attendance

What you will learn
How our brain works
We condense two million years of evolution and neuroscience and apply it to our modern world, to enable you to understand why our brains respond with stress and anxiety to every-day events, and how we can influence it to find a better response, creating the foundations for, and building our resilience and wellbeing.
Negative thinking vs positive thinking
We explore why we think the way we do. We look at our brains motivation for negative thinking, and learn techniques for turning negative thinking into positive thinking, making it easier to cope with day-to-day challenges, and deal with them in a positive way.
Retraining the brain
We learn simple, yet powerful techniques that we can use immediately to literally change the way our brain works, helping us to build our resilience and enhance our wellbeing, so that we can be more focused, creative, productive and happy, both in the workplace and at home.
