What you will learn
In these mindfulness sessions we practise simple meditations and explore ways to cope with stress, anxiety, uncertainty and change. You will discover ways to help you relax and sleep, especially when one is having lots of churning thoughts. We will also explore ways to make the most from the positive aspects of our current lives, and generally improve overall wellbeing. One of the main benefits from partipating in live online courses is that one can see and hear others, and be seen and heard if we wish. Being part of a supportive online group can be very comforting at times like these, especially for people living alone.
