This 8-week course is designed for people who wish to integrate mindfulness into their routine.
The course includes eight, weekly two-hour sessions, an orientation session, a 5-hour retreat day, all course materials, pre-course telephone interview and supporting calls/emails between sessions should you wish to discuss elements of the course.
