“Wall Street Decoded” is a one-day seminar for undergraduate and 1st year MBA students that provides the practical understanding and guidance necessary to successfully navigate the recruiting, interviewing and internship process. The seminar is offered in multiple US cities during the 2024 Winter College break, and the content is derived from insights and experiences over Frank’s 26+ year Wall Street career in Finance, including roles in Investment Banking, Sales & Trading and Talent Development Leadership.
Who should attend this seminar?
• UG and MBA Students seeking clarity and guidance to learn about roles in Finance, including Wall Street.
• UG and MBA Students starting full-time or intern positions in 2025, interested in understanding the culture, expectations and keys to optimizing the opportunity.
• Recent UG and MBA graduates who are motivated to enter Wall Street via Lateral hiring opportunities but require more information to determine the best fit and tactics.
• Current B-School (MBA) Students preparing for critical 1Q 2025 interviews for Summer Internships on Wall Street.
• Current Executive MBA Students (EMBA working professionals) interested in career pivots, but without the recruiting process attached to full-time MBA Programs.
Prerequisites
None. Any intellectually curious student or professional who would like to broaden their career opportunity set is welcome to attend.

Virtual. 50 minute modules, to include insights, practical exercises and/or Q&A.
