A 2 Day Face to Face Course and follow up Teams session, for competent and motivated staff who are willing to help others and in a potition of responsibility regarding assessing learners in their organisation. This course entails fresh ideas to improve the level of assessment when undertaking the Care Certificate' 15 standards. We have available cohorts as described below.

What you will learn

Day 1 + Day 2 will be face to face

• Develop a strategy to deliver the Care Certificate's 15 standards for your organisation
• Ensuring your policies are in line with CQC requirements for the induction process
• Examine how to support competency based assessment
• Utilise paperwork that supports assessment

Day 3 will be virtual

• There are also further opportunities to meet for Quality Assurance to ensure competent assessment of the Care Certificate
