Our 90 minute seminars are a more in-dept introduction into understanding our stress response and helping people to choose a few simple changes to reduce stress and build resilience and wellbeing.
These seminars are particularly suitable for teams or community or business groups.
What you will learn
We will take you on a stop tour of the brain, explaining why the brain responds the way it does to stressors in our lives. We also take a look at our DOSE happy hormones and how we can use the 3 Principles of Positivity to consciously boost these. The session provides some simple solutions to how we can encourage our brains to respond in a more helpful way to life’s challenges.
Everyone who attends the seminar will be given free access to a guided relaxation recording designed to reduce stress and build resilience and wellbeing.
