Goal:
Our previous reliance on paper feedback forms was administratively burdensome, requiring manual data transfer for analysis. We aimed to streamline this process and sought a platform that could effectively evaluate training outcomes, focusing on the learner's journey from start to finish. While our training management system offered a native feedback tool, it didn't meet our specific needs. We explored various platforms but found them lacking the tailored approach to training that Coursecheck provides. Using an independent site was important to us, where we could not only have a company profile but also showcase detailed course outlines.

- Improved learner engagement: The use of QR codes provides learners with a convenient way to complete surveys, improving response rates.
- Seamless setup and integration: Getting set up was simple, with stock surveys and standard questions making onboarding easy. Integration with our training management system, Administrate, ensures course details are updated automatically.
- Boosted marketing and credibility: We use the Coursecheck widget to display overall reviews on our homepage and course-specific feedback on individual course pages. Reviews are also used across marketing materials, including proposals and case studies.
