Goal:

Prior to using Coursecheck, we were using manual methods for feedback collection that meant analysis was limited and very reactive. We wanted a software package that was quick to set up and compatible with our other systems so that we could get up and running and producing data right away. It was imperative that the software was intuitive and user friendly from both an admin and learner point of view.

Results:

  • A smarter digital approach: We use Coursecheck for all learning formats, no matter where the learner is or what device they are using. Berkeley Group is moving towards a digital first way of doing things, and Coursecheck has been a key part of this.
  • Ease of use: It was so quick and easy to set up; we were up and running within a matter of days.
  • Time saving: Having all the data in one place has saved us a huge amount of time; easily a couple of days a month. We can create new templates or drill down into the data in just a few clicks.
  • Better quality responses: As we build up the L&D function, the ability to quickly build new evaluation forms has resulted in better consistency and quality of questioning.
  • Clear reporting: The dashboard provides an initial overview of ratings and then we can easily dive into detail if we want insight in a particular area.
  • Closing the feedback loop: Our evaluation process is finally doing what it’s supposed to do; we’re using the feedback as a quality improvement tool to make enhancements to course content.
