I found this very emotive and personally quite difficult during the first half, however the second half of the session i felt i could focus better Overall this was great and my difficulty was personal - and not a negative for the training

Overall I feel it was a good training workshop as there was a good balance between information and discussions. There was a lot of important and useful information and I enjoyed the breakout rooms and discussing with other professionals.
