Laura was super friendly and honestly the perfect role model for a trainer on the train the trainer course! I lacked confidence in my training due to coming in contact with different learning types than I was used too but this course has provided me with all the skills and knowledge to help!

Amazing session, I've been training for 5 years now and it was amazing to get more experience with the practises and theories.

Fantastic training session. I was very lucky to end up having a one on one training session (by chance) and Laura was so accommodating, tailoring the training to my specific needs/requirements throughout. Laura took the time to understand my company and the dynamics, to ensure the content covered was relevant to me personally. I came into the course feeling rather unconfident, but am leaving the day equipped with key skills to implement in my daily practice with my team that I know for certain will improve my management, improvement/training and level of trust between me and my team.

Well prepared course providing good start into line management role. The trainer himself sets great example of how a good manager should behave. A lot of take outs and useful tips.
