The course was packed full of new and really useful information, giving me a better understanding of the insurance principles. Although there was a lot to take in, Alison was very engaging throughout the whole day (with a fab sense of humour!) and I enjoyed the mixture of deliver methods, which included plenty of group exercises.
I found Alison to be very engaging and up beat. I found the course interesting and relevant. With a different tutor this could have been a very dry subject but Alison's sense of humour and clear explanations made it enjoyable.
