About this course
Change is no longer a one-off project delegated to an individual or department. This training workshop analyses how to incorporate change into everyday thinking and action in an organization. We will analyse how to generate a dynamic culture of curiosity, creativity and innovation so that change is regarded as an opportunity, not a threat.
