Description
To successfully operate among C-Suite Executives an understanding of strategy is essential. This course is designed to give PAs and executive secretaries that edge to communicate confidently among the C-Level. It will also build the leadership abilities needed by PAs and senior secretaries who handle executive communications, meetings and lead a team.
This course will help you to master your own emotions in all situations and create balance between head and heart when making decisions and dealing with people.
The course will wrap with a summary of the key learning points, followed by an action planning exercise with a view to apply the acquired knowledge and skills immediately upon your return to work. Post-course support is also available in relation to the implementation of your action plan, up to six (6) months following course completion.
